We love to be where you bought your first luxury bag so here are a few tips for any lux newbies out there 💕

1. Never leave the chain on top of, under, or wrapped around the leather. This will make indentions like the ones on that poor Chanel in our reel 😢

2. Never set light colored patent leather next to anything with dye. If you do this, you could cause a color transfer. It’s heartbreaking mistake that is near impossible to fix.

3. Never fold Vachetta leather. You don’t want to crack it 💔

4. Never condition Vachetta leather while it’s damp. This will also crack the leather.

5. Never lay your bags flat. It’s best to stuff your bags, this will help them hold their shape and prevent cracking.

6. Never store bags in a box. Sure, a box sounds safe but leathers need airflow. A box prevents airflow and causes deterioration of the leather by suffocating it. Let your bags breathe!

For one, we order from resellers that we have worked with for years. They only sell authentic pieces.

Secondly, when we receive the item, we immediately authenticate it ourselves. If we catch one at this step, it’s gone.

Lastly, when you purchase a bag or wallet that is over $750, we then use Entrupy to authenticate and you will be provided the COA with no extra charge.

If you’re hesitant to buy because you want to purchase an item less than $750… don’t be! You can still purchase an Entrupy COA for $25 with your order.

As you know, we work hard to keep our prices low to make luxury an option for more people but we also want people to feel comfortable buying preloved from us.
